Shipping & Delivery

    Not yet — we currently ship only within Australia. International shipping will be available soon.
  • How long does shipping take within Australia?
    Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery typically arrives in 3–6 business days.
  • Do you offer express shipping?
    Yes. Express options are available at checkout.
  • How much does shipping cost?
    Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected method.
  • Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Orders & Tracking

  • How do I track my order?
    You’ll receive a tracking link via email once your order has shipped.
  • My tracking hasn’t updated — what should I do?
    Tracking may take 24–48 hours to refresh. If delays persist, contact our support team.
  • Can I cancel my order?
    Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations aren’t possible.
  • I didn’t receive my confirmation email — what now?
    Check your spam folder or contact us to resend it.

Returns & Exchanges

  • How do I start a return or exchange?
    Email Sales@cagliaristore.com.au with your name, email, order number, reason, and whether you prefer a return or exchange.
  • What is your return policy?
    We accept returns within 30 days for unworn items in original condition.
  • Do you offer exchanges for size or style?
    Yes. You can exchange your item within 30 days if it’s unworn and in original packaging.
  • Do I need to pay for return shipping?
    Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
  • How long does it take to process a return?
    Once received, returns are processed within 3–5 business days.
  • What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
    Contact us immediately with photos and your order number — we’ll resolve it quickly.

  • How do I find my ring size?

    You can exchange it for a different size within 30 days.
